Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Nutrify.AI account and all data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app

1. Open Nutrify.AI and sign in.
2. Go to Settings (gear icon on the My Day tab).
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Deletion starts immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email privacy@devxgroup.io from the email address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify that the request comes from the account owner's email and process it within 14 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• All health logs: meals, sleep, exercise, and supplements
• Uploaded lab reports and extracted biomarker data
• AI coach chat history and journal entries
• Product analytics tied to your account

Deletion is permanent and irreversible after a 14-day grace window. Vendor-side AI inference logs clear within their published windows (Google: 24 hours or less; Anthropic: 30 days or less). Subscription receipts are retained for 7 years where tax and audit law requires it; they contain billing records, not health data.

Canceling a subscription does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Manage subscriptions in the App Store or Google Play settings on your device.
